Tallia Deljou, an organizational psychologist, is the co-founder and president of Mavenly & Co, dedicated to supporting women and millennials in designing a career & lifestyle with purpose. She received her Bachelor’s degree from American University in Psychology and Master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation. Before pursuing her graduate degree, she had the privilege of serving as a leadership development consultant for a women’s non-profit organization, traveling to nearly 30 universities in the United States and Canada to facilitate workshops and coach women on building leadership skills, managing teams, and communicating effectively.

Her work experience extends into her time as a training and development associate for a leadership assessment and development consultancy, as well as a program coordinator for the Kravis Leadership Institute, devoted to the promotion of responsible and innovative leadership. More recently, she served as the founding lab manager and blog editor for a research lab committed to bringing Positive Organizational Psychology to the workplace.           

Whether it's helping people identify purposeful work, navigate a career transition, or build confidence in their skill set, Tallia is energized by having meaningful, authentic conversations to help others grow.
