MEET YOUR GUIDE
hi, friend.
This is a place for healing your inner child and building a foundation for emotional health.
My hope is that you find yourself at home here for a little while. If you’ve been guided here, it’s likely that you’re ready to meet yourself differently — perhaps with less doubt and more trust, less judgment and more kindness.
When people make their way to me, it’s because they want to understand themselves on a deeper level, resolve old wounds, and feel more comfortable in their authenticity and vulnerability.
And yet, they often find themselves stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment. No matter how hard they try to fix themselves, old ways keep resurfacing and the cycle continues. They try one thing after another and find themselves defeated when nothing seems to work.
My question is: What if there’s nothing to fix?
What if you are not the problem? What if there’s nothing to fix, change, or solve about you?
What if these very patterns you’re trying to break are inherently wise, protective, and valuable?
What if instead of judging yourself, you came to understand yourself and, in doing so, the patterns transformed on their own?
