Often, we lose connection with our true selves and feel like there’s something blocking us from being fully open, loving, and confidence. These blocks can often show up in the form of perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and more.

Finding our way back to ourselves requires that we clear these blocks by getting to the root of why they exist and what they’re trying to do. Think of it as an inner team made up of parts — a part of you who is scared of disappointing people and feels responsible for other people’s emotions…

Or who always plays out the worst case scenario

Or who feels like their feelings don’t matter

Or who doesn’t feel good enough

Or who is scared, angry, or forgotten.

This is the exact process I went through in order to heal the innermost parts of myself. It was by engaging in meaningful inner dialogue that I came to better understand why I am the way I am and what needed to be cleared so I could step more fully into my true self. It was by approaching these parts of me with kindness and curiosity, not judgment or shame. This is how I changed the way I talk to myself, think about myself, and feel toward myself. This is how I became unshakeable.
